50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before launch. Domain registration and any ongoing hosting or platform charges are separate and confirmed before work begins. Booking systems, online payments and forms that send directly are quoted separately. Monthly support covers content updates within the stated time allowance; extra work is quoted before proceeding.
